Overview of 42CFR Part 2, client confidentiality, Release of Information (ROI) forms and requirements. Additionally, we will provide training on the new Intake and Treatment Consent forms (this will be mandatory in Clinicians Gateway). It is required that all SUD providers complete the 42CFR Part 2 training annually.
