This ASAM training will focus on skill building. Through a series of role plays and or case vignettes, participants will learn how to assess client risks, needs/deficits, strengths and resources over the six (6) ASAM Dimensions in order to place clients into appropriate levels of care. We will present the Clinicians Gateway versions of the ASAM Screening and Multi-Dimensional Assessment forms. This will be an interactive training, where group discussion and processing will be encouraged.
