This course highlights how to properly document group services, including group counseling (DMC-ODS), group therapy (MHP), and psychosocial rehab groups (DMC and MHP). There will be a review of how group services are defined, required elements of group service documentation, and how to ensure mixed groups, in which clients are in different levels of care or programs within a clinic are properly documented to avoid documentation or billing errors. The training will also cover groups that include multiple staff and how to properly document co-facilitator participation.
