Instructor: Rhoda Phillips, MSN, RN, CEN
Rhoda Phillips is a SME/content writer for Relias. She completed her BSN with top honors at Regis University. Rhoda earned her MSN in nursing education from Capella University and graduated summa cum laude. She also maintains a certified emergency nursing certification (CEN).
